Tangled

Tangled in the meshes of maya indeed! To me, the movie Tangled allegorically maps the journey of a soul. Born to the divine couple, but lost to the lonely tower of the wicked witch called maya, who keeps the soul in perjury by using the fear of the unknown as her greatest weapon. The fearless soul, however, escapes the trap, after her path is illumined by a handsome young adventurer (something of a guru), who saves her from the confines of her world.
