Vishnupriya's House

Vishnupriya is a very veiled personality, nobody knows how she lived, where she went, what she did and when she left. She would cover her self whenever she went out. Nobody knows how she made ends meet financially. She lived an austere life from what we know. She would chant, and as much as she had chanted, only those many morsels she would eat. She served her own deities of Mahaprabhu. He had left His paduka with her as well.

The deity I cannot remember, photographs were not allowed. But the paduka I photographed. The pujari placed them on our heads one by one. I banged my head onto them while trying to touch my forehead to them. I obviously felt nothing. There was no feeling like - "Oh wow" or "This is something, something special". I just walked out again. There was a huge hall in front of the deities, and half the village had assembled there to sing evening bhajans.
