Insights into your energy system
From the external description in the Celestine Prophecy, to an inner glimpse in Heart of the Soul, human interactions and the relationship of the energy system or aura with it all is clearer to me now.
Just as I listed out the ten insights from the CP for my reference, here are some insights from Heart of the Soul for my remembrance. Hopefully, I'm practicing so much of the knowledge I have that I'll remember without having to refer to anything. Still, here is the list if I need it someday:
1. Painful emotions imply that energy leaves the system in fear and doubt. When it leaves in love and trust, the pain goes away.
2. Emotions are constantly creating physical sensations in the vicinity of relevant energy centers.
3. Energy leaving in fear and doubt creates ways for you to exploit/ manipulate circumstances/others.
4. Harmony, cooperation, sharing, and reverence for life automatically remove the lack of intimacy.
5. Fears come with judging yourself and others.
6. Changing external circumstances does not address the fear behind the the need to change them.Nor does it make the pattern of your emotional responses change.
7. Judging is a method of avoiding having to feel painful emotions. It shifts the focus to other people and their imperfections. It creates a lack of intimacy.
8.Anger is the agony of believing that you are not capable of being understood and that you are not worthy of being understood. (essentially, it is a lack of self worth)
9. The need to please arises from the need to manipulate covertly in order to feel more valuable. It is a result of being frightened (hidden fear of not being accepted).
10. The need to make others please you or being resentful arises from the need to manipulate overtly in order to feel more valuable. It also is a result of being frightened.
11. We strive to achieve the stage where we feel more worthy, less vulnerable, and are able to cover our fears.
12. Feeling the pain of powerlessness, confronting it, helps to eliminate all manipulative behavior.
13. Recognizing the pain of feeling unlovable, and then changing by exploring those emotions and releasing energy from love and trust is the path to growth.
This maps well with the four control dramas used to manipulate others to feel better: Interrogator, Intimidator, Aloof, and Poor me. It explains the root cause of these dramas.
It also explains to me how to "center yourself with love" when energy is being sucked out of you by a manipulator. Simply stop releasing energy in fear and doubt and replace it with love and trust. The manipulator will not be able to get anything then. This will help you think straight because you have higher energy levels.
The ability to see this in others helps to understand them and automatically takes care of any anger felt toward them. This is because you realize that essentially, everyone is afraid. Even if they look like they're confident, angry, and aggressive.

So basically be positive, be happy and have faith in everything. If we do so fear of any type is replaced but by what? By releasing love and trust we will get what? And is 'love to all' ,despite any circumstances, key to consciousness evolution?
So, the body has many layers. The physical body is overlapped by a subtle body. If we have a fear, a part of the subtle body leaks energy. Its like blood leaks out of a wound on the physical body. So if we have no fears, no energy is leaked because our subtle body has no more wounds. Thats the benefit of removing fear. Its not replaced by anything.
"Love to all" means knowing we're connected. It doesn't mean that you allow harmful behavior or encourage it.
Does that answer what you were asking?
Thank you for answer. So when we have no fears no energy is leaked but do we attain something like say when we have no fears we gain happiness. And yes how does it work? is it like we try to tell ourselves that have no fear and as a result there shall be no energy loss? because according to you everyone has got some sort of fear. so is it like minimizing the energy loss by having less fear?
No, just by telling yourself that there is no fear, you can't stop energy from flowing away.
Fear goes away when you understand and accept the truth. For example, if I get angry with someone who gives me less money by mistake (like only r 50 instead of r 450 when i have paid 500 for a r 50 item), it means I am afraid of being cheated by someone. So when such a person is not intentionally returning less change, I should be able to understand that this person is not necessarily trying to take my money away. Maybe this person made a mistake - I should be able to talk nicely and say that there is some confusion - you need to pay me more. But if I get angry, it means that
1. I am afraid of being cheated because
2. I am afraid that my money will be finished because
3. I think that I cannot live without money so if my money keeps getting taken away from me like this - i will die eventually
4. I am afraid of dying and being powerless (not being able to protect my money).
In the end, it usually boils down to the fear of death/powerlessness.
However, the lack of pain or fear or anger is not happiness. Removal of fear means you are fearless. It does not mean you become happy.
You become content. You become satisfied and peaceful. that is not happiness.
Happiness is different. Happiness comes and goes - just like sadness and wonder and amazement and confusion and irritation and other such emotions. Happiness is a temporary emotion that is generally felt when a desire is fulfilled.
Thank you again, but is happiness really temporary? than what about sadchitananda. There is happiness in it.so how can happiness be temporary?
how can you say that happiness is permanent? you can feel happy about getting good marks on an exam for maybe a week. but after a few years, the happiness of getting good marks on that exam won't still be there. of course its temporary.
and sadchidananda is, by definition, experienced after liberation. who knows what happiness after liberation tastes like? Someone might know. They have to be liberated for that. I have heard about sadchidananda and I have heard that it is permanent happiness. But I have never experienced it. I don't know what it feels like.
