ignoring good advice

Krsna has been telling me all along, but I have just ignored advice.

Despite knowing all sugar is sugar

Despite knowing i have a fatty liver

I continued poisoning myself. Thinking I'm being moderate. It's okay. I won't get sick.

I have fungus on my foot. It's not okay.

My eyeballsnare changing shape due to dehydration and they hurt. It's not okay

My knees are becoming porous. It's not okay.

I'm confused and crazy. I buy cream cheese after deciding never to buy it. I'm insane. I have bad memory loss. I can't remember why I bought this or threw that amla powder away or why I decided to give sugar up and why I ate icecream cones from the shop. I have lost my intelligence. I need to stop and think before I do anything.
