Krishna Conscious Pain Management

To manage pain, Krishna says, Agama payino anityas, tams titikshasva bharata.

Pain is temporary, just accept and tolerate it.

Acceptance of pain is the key to overcoming and transcending it. Rejecting or ignoring pain is going to result in more suffering.

Tolerance is acceptance in the mood of duty or out of love.

When we try to manage pain in the mood of fear or desire, we will fail to cope. We have no good motivation.

When we accept pain for the sake of duty or out of love, these purposes help us cope and tolerate.

1) Kautilya - (Crookedness) - Externally offering respect but internally Disrespectful.

2) Ashraddha - (Faithlessness) - Doubting the efficacy of bhakti. Seeing obstacles in a devotee s life and becoming disturbed)

3) Vastu Antarat Abhinivesh - Absorption in the objects which divert our attention from Krishna when we don“t feel reciprocation from Krishna

4) Bhakti Shaithilya - Slackening of devotional practices. Due to taking advantage of facilities offered because of our Krishna Consciousness.

5) Bhaktyadi Kritabhi  Manita - Becoming proud of devotional service thinking oneself the doer.

These are effects of aparadha and must be given up.
